This movie is set in no particular time; in a fantasy village so that whenever you watch it you like it just as much. The characters in this film are memorable, but some character's roles drag on for too long and get boring.

Younger viewers will be spell bound by this enchanting classic, while others may think that it's Rob Reiner garbage. Some believe that it has clever lines and characterization, as well as though quick cutting spoiling the dialogue and in some sections you could fall asleep.

When Inigo Montoya (Mandy Patinkin) and Westley (Cary Elwes) are fighting, some think that the fight goes for too long and this may be a scene where some people may fall asleep. On the other hand, most scenes create a rich structure to the movie, with a rich plot with levels of wit.

At some points this movie is slow paced and in other points it's fast. This can also depend in your interest in this movie. This movie is filled with adventure and romance with an epic look at the nature of true love.

If there was a coda in this movie I would think it would be to never give up on the strength of true love and always believe in a positive side.

This structure is made so that two or more stories may go on at the same time, or so that you are focused on only one scene in the movie. There are stories within stories at some points.

In this movie I believe the sound complements the movie quite a lot. In most scenes you will not know or feel any emotions about what is going on if you do not have the sound on. This movie has used camera angles to either give a full shot of something, make something appear to be bigger or smaller, and to enforce power.

I enjoyed the scenes where Inigo, Andre or the head kidnapper were trying to outsmart or hurt someone but failed. I don't think there were any parts I didn't enjoy apart from half of the fight, and I believe the plot did keep my interest. I think that the coda didn't necessarily but may have taught people in love.

I believe this film was suitable for basically all ages above eight years of age. You would have to be interested in fantasies or fantasy comedies to enjoy this film.

I would recommend this film to people above eight years old. I would recommend this because it is a funny film that is filled with memorable characters and it appeals to young and old.
