Stephen King's The Stand is an awesome movie about the epic battle between good and bad.
If you are a Stephen King fan and have seen the film you know what I mean.
My favorite character in this film was Abigail, affectionately known to most as Mother Abigail.
Despite all odds she stood firm and fulfilled her purpose, and all throughout her faith never wavered.
While most Stephen King films are meant to give a fright, this one actually had a message.
Strength and faith can overcome any adversity that is in our way.
I think the book as well as the film show great growth in Stephen's talent.
I hope this gifted writer will continue sharing his talent for many years to come.
I have read much of his work and seen many of his films,
The Stand by far I believe is his best work.
Call this review one of critical acclaim, The Stand is a masterpiece.
I notice also that it is a vast departure from the tales he is usually known for,
