The movie starts where Harold and Kumar: Go to White Castle left off. You find the boys going to the airport getting ready to board a flight for Amsterdam, so Harold can meet up with Maria. Kumar persuades Harold to go, using the point that Maria will forget about Harold while in Europe.
While in the airport Kumar runs into his exgirlfreind whom he find out is getting married.
The story takes you on an epic journey of two stoners getting high, and trying to find there soul mates. The usual happens where Kumar takes Harold on a quest where they soon get arrested. Mistaken for terrorist, the boys are forced to outrun the law. Both, in search of there love, run from the law will their usual acts of mischief.
Expect more thrills, surprises, and comedy than the first one, with exhilarating scene of mayhem.
