Many people believe that Heath Ledger should be allowed to win the Oscar, but sadly critics don't.
Why might some people ask? Well because hes dead. I know its pretty stupid I think to myself, but why?
His acting in the movie is brilliant, beautiful, and to some even A+ Erie. I would concur, but because he is dead, he'll most likely not be able to win the Oscar. Though chances are he may most likely be able to Nominated.
Still, theres always a chance.
Like him James Dean, An amazing star, loved by many, died tragically young, and was posthumously nominated 2 times for "East of Eden", and "Giant". He lost both times.
Even Front Runner Spencer Tracy died, Right before "Guess who's Coming to Dinner?" came out. He had been the front runner, He still had lost.
This is just shows why you cant die for the Oscars.
