The movie and series take place time between the movies “Episode II, Attack of the Clones”, and “Episode III, Revenge of the Sith.” The movie and series will animate many familier characters such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, General Grievous and Padme Amidala. Lucas will also add a new character named Ahsoka, which will be the first female jedI that the series has focused on.
Over 30 episodes are planned, But no real timeline is set because there is only so much time between “Attack of the Clones” and “Revenge of the Sith.”
The series will also tame down the violent aspect of it, due to the show being aimed towards a younger audience, But also contain some sophisticated aspect, for a wide range of Star Wars fans.
