Is it just in your head, or were these naughty images found in Disney movies intended to be there?
Aladdin
When Aladdin climbs up on Jasmine's roof, her pet tiger attacks Aladdin. There is when he mumbles what they say is either "Take off you clothes" or "Good teenagers, take off your clothes". The Disney Company says it's false ... and that's what media says. But, I happen to believe that there is something there.
The Little Mermaid
The priest seems to be a little too happy to be at this wedding. It seems he gets an erection.
There's also another Little Mermaid taboo on the cover of the film:
Some believe that part of the kingdom on the cover is a phallace, drawn by a disgruntled artist.
The Rescuers
In the scene when Bianca and Bernard are taking off on the back of their friend, Wilbur, there's a very naughty image in the background. The Disney company doesn't deny this one, actually; they recalled the movie in the '70s because of it.
The Lion King
We should know that even the greatest, most awesome movies from Disney are gonna be criticized. I say this, because The Lion King is my favorite movie from Disney. Well, in one scene when Simba lays down and a bunch of dust comes flying up, some say the word sex is spelled in it. To this day, it's still undetermined.
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
(The scene is approximately 2:45 into the clip)
If you look close enough, Belle makes a cameo appearance ... reading a book of course. Also, you can see a guy shaking out the carpet from Aladdin, and 2 guys carrying Pumba. Some say you can see a satellite dish on the roof, which is also true if you look to the very left of the screen.
At first I believed the priest's erection, but then from the lower picture I realized it's just his bony knee at an "unfortunate angle."

Did the Little Mermaid one count as two?
#7 by tman, Oct 6, 2008
u guys misses the scene in "who framed Rodger rabbit". when rodgers wife takes his Acme car and crashes it in to a pole, she flies out of the car and goes spread eagle and she isnt wearing any underwear.
#8 by Dani, Oct 6, 2008
I don't believe the Aladdin one, i think it was just a coincidental order of grunts
#9 by anonymous, Oct 6, 2008
I don't remember where I heard it, but I think the Lion King one is SFX, for sound effects. Can somebody verify that?
#10 by Brad Sailer, Oct 6, 2008
Im not sure what to believe, some of those are clearly messed up though. as in, very nasty
#11 by sfx, Oct 6, 2008
sfx stands for special effects i thought?
#12 by KTBeth, Oct 6, 2008
I always though sfx was sound effects, but i suppose it could be either...
wow who knew Disney was so dirty?
#13 by purnomosidhi, Oct 6, 2008
something nasty is interesting
#14 by Sparkanum, Oct 6, 2008
Walt Disney wasn't cryogenically frozen; it's just a myth. He was cremated. He still can't be rolling around in his grave, though.
#15 by Serja, Oct 6, 2008
The Lion King one was intended to be SFX to represent the Special Effects that went into the movie, but most people try to read it as SEX instead. I hear they smudged it out now just because of the controversy.
#16 by lala, Oct 7, 2008
sounds like someone is saying "take off your cloak" not clothes...............
#17 by G$, Oct 7, 2008
There's one you missed... In the beginning of the Lion King, within the first minute of the film, the monkey is in the tree talking to himself and if you listen he says "Take a piss" really clearly.
#18 by poonuggets, Oct 7, 2008
u missed another one. on the one from the hunchback, that one lady in the green beside the dude w/ the carpet, she looks like that one maid from the little mermaid
#19 by elliot, Oct 7, 2008
that is blatently the priests knee, fool
#20 by Pete Macinta, Oct 7, 2008
Go easy on the word "fool" please. A quick look at the priest might indicate an erection, however, looking closely and thinking about it the middle hump is formed by the space between the legs and logically the background in hind portion of the robe - the hump being formed by the back of the right knee. IMO, an accident.
On Simba, my son showed me that some time back. It looked like SEX to us. Might have to run it again sometime and see.
Nonetheless, good article. Will pass it on to my sons.
God bless,
Pete

What perverted Disney freaks. Nice article.
#22 by Cyiara, Oct 7, 2008
Disney has never denied liking to slip in the various little things here and there.
In Aladdin, when the Sultan is playing with his stack of animals, if you look closely you'll see The Beast from Beauty and the Beast in the pile.
In another movie (I forget which) you can also find Mrs Potts and Chip the tea cup from Beauty and the Beast as well.
It's fun to go and watch through the Disney movies and see what you can find. ;)
#23 by ffairconnetue, Oct 7, 2008
That was great! There are so many things I didn't notice in these movies. Thanx for pointing them out.
#24 by Jenn C, Oct 7, 2008
Personally I think whoever sees these things must have a dirty mind or too much time on their hands. Which is it with you?
#25 by Carolyn Garofalo, Oct 7, 2008
I always thought those movies had nasty sayings in them. Every movie that was made after the founder of Disney passed away, became full of nasty sayings. Take out any Disney movie and see for yourself. Great Article!!! I love it!!!
#26 by Kristen, Oct 7, 2008
Not from Disney, but if you are a Spongebob fan, watch the movie and you will notice in the beginning when Spongebob is standing at the podium and realizing that he didn't get the managers position that Mr. Krabbs clearly whispers in his ear that he is a jackass.
#27 by PR Mace, Oct 7, 2008
Wow, I'm going to rewatch all my Disney movies again to see what I can see or hear.
#28 by JadeLuv28, Oct 7, 2008
I would say someone has too much time on their hands, and if some of you didn't catch these than you just plain don't watch enough movies. Most disney movies are not meant to say perverted things. The only reason the phallus is on the front of the little mermaid case is because the guy was being told that when he finished the illustrations that he was being let do he decided to make his mark on the cover since he hadn't finished it yet. All the other things are seriously reading into the movie.
Now here is a real one. If you have the original 3 Men and A Baby you can see the little boy in the red shirt6 in the window when the one guys is up talking to a woman and then in the original Wizard of Oz you can catch the one midget hanging himself in the background of one of the yellow brick road scenes.
Thank you for sharing though.
#29 by me, Oct 8, 2008
not Disney but in an old version on the wizard of as you can see a man hang himself inthe shadows
#30 by sloanne, Oct 8, 2008
you must have had a good eyesight.if it weren't from you i wouldn't have noticed those.
#31 by writerbug, Oct 8, 2008
I always fall asleep during Disney movies, except for the one with the surfer dude, what a cute show, hope that wasn't perverted.
#32 by mpedone, Oct 8, 2008
I'm not sure how these qualify as "subliminal messages". Maybe "easter eggs" or "accidents" (or, in the case of character from others movies - "cameos").
And even if you still think these are subliminal messages, my next question would be, so what?
(Is this really what passes for a "good article" here? Two of these - The Little Mermaid cover, and The Lion King - have been talked about for over 10 years now. The only one that is remotely interesting, and even then, only from a trivia point-of-view is the cameos in Hunchback of Notre Dame.)
#33 by Mary Contrary, Oct 8, 2008
First of all Great Article! Next, the three men and a baby one is freaky we have that one & it freaks me out everytime. The wizard of OZ one is a farce. If you watch it frame for frame it is the shadow of an Ostrich flap his wings behind a screen. He was standing by the little cabin in either an earlier scene or one right after. I forget which, it's been too long ago. I was part of a radio show that helped debunk that after they interviewed one of the lollipop guild people that said no one hanged themselves but couldn't remember what it was that you saw.

Just a comment on the first item: it's not there. Some people should get their hearing and their dirty imaginations checked.
#35 by Kiki Stamatiou, Oct 8, 2008
Great article. I never really noticed the vulgar things you stated in the article with regard to the films. I just saw them as pure, fun entertainment for adults and children alike. But I would think that if this was the case of incorporating the vulgarity, the films would have been banned after their premiers, before they reached the movie theaters. But like I said, I never really noticed any of the vulgarities when viewing the film, nor have I ever thought or considered them. I too have work published on the Triond website, published under my pen name Joanna Maharis which is also my USER name.
Take Care,

I grew up on these movies and its so sad that some person thought it would be funny to pervert a childs memories. I can never look at any of these movies the same again. Especially the lion king. please do me a favor and do not ruine cinderella or pocahantas. And if you do know something PLEASE keep it to yourself
#37 by Annabella Hyland, Oct 8, 2008
I don't get some of them...
#38 by acecampillo, Oct 9, 2008
Great article, I never knew them until I saw this article.
Well, I see that pathetic commenters have somewhat infested the comment area. I just don't see the point why do they need to use vulgar words. They are just so gay and stupid.
#39 by osuacer, Oct 9, 2008
wow disney does have some dirty minds....
#40 by hi, Oct 9, 2008
Interesting article. However, no one needs to get so wound up by it. And acecampillo, homophobe!
#41 by Icarus, Oct 9, 2008
I am pretty sure that when you say he says "good teenagers ...."
H ereally says "cmon good kitty, take off and go"

I hate the profanity that some idiots use when leaving remarks. Regardless of the article, it\'s not needed. Although, I can say, I will never look at these movies in the same light again...lol. It was a good article. :) Take care.
Hi, I am new to trinoid I have published two articles so far so I was just looking around and visiting some of the other ones the people have written. It's true you don't think about it what kind of messgeages are in some movies. Good article.
#47 by Brager, Oct 11, 2008
Subliminal messages are used to convey information for various purposes. I see no way any of these so called 'subliminal' messages could convey information of any kind. Before you posted the article you should have researched subliminal messages, their means and processes. Your article content and subliminal messages are two very different things.
#48 by shannon, Oct 11, 2008
in finding nemo at the dentists office you can see stuff from boo's room from Monsters inc.
#49 by KassieKat, Oct 11, 2008
I thought stuff on here was supposed to be ORIGINAL, this has been copied from another website.
#50 by Robert, Oct 13, 2008
You should have added the one from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. When Snow White and the dwarves are all dancing, Dopey decides to take a look under Snow White's dress. He just lifts it up and takes a peek.
#51 by Amanda, Oct 14, 2008
Actually the "midget hanging themselves" in the wizard of oz is just a goose bending over and popping back up.
#52 by Lisa, Oct 15, 2008
On the cover of the first *original* Beauty & the Beast home video release, one of the gargoyles on the castle appear to be facing backwards, holding an erect phallus and ejaculating. When I first started learning of disney's subliminal messages, I didn't believe them - but I have the original video cover (purchased at walmart in the early 90s when I was a kid) to back this one up. There's no denying that it DOES look like it.
#53 by Karen, Oct 16, 2008
I have a more "kid" appropriate one...in Allidan...the scene when the sultan is stacking up all his figurines into a pyramid...at the top on the side is the Beast from Beauty and the Beast...

Okay, the only one of these stupid pics that looks real to me is in lion king where the dust spells "sex"
#58 by new, Nov 10, 2008
well i love hearing about these things, not a perv but i do enjoy learning about hidden messages in movies. it is so interesting to actually go through DISNEY movies and find so much bulgarity. I can't help but LAUGH! =D i love this page!
